I didn’t, MSE changes ipd about 1mm at most which is not noticeable

That makes sense- apparently it’s much easier the younger you are. I am getting MSE soon for my legitimately death-tier narrow palate. The increased nasal volume would be life changing for me, and the widening of zygos would be a huge boost for me as well. Only “problem” is that I’m 26 yrs old- so I hope I can get good results like you. I’m going to have the corticopuncture to weaken my midpalatal suture during installation. Did you need to have the corticopuncture done? I’m guessing it maybe wasn’t even necessary in your case

Also for anyone wondering, the breathing benefits have been IMMACULATE. Seriously I have never been able to breathe through my nose this easily in my fucking life. I get allergies pretty often and my nose used to get clogged super easily, I can firmly say those days are long gone. MSE is step one to any looksmaxxing / life improvement protocol confirmed

Same for me too, I did mse 50% for that reason. Having better nasal breathing and no more stuffy nose made me realize allergy specialists prescribing me ((pills)) when I was a kid were full of shit the whole time.

Cheekbone widen so that the zygomatic arch become parallel instead of tapering inward:

But if your features are soft (small chin, cute brow ridge and nose), this will ogre you and will fuck your harmony.
But fuck that cuz implants exist jfl.

So to sum up front change in width will only happen once your posterior interzygimatic distance will surpass your posterior intertemporal distance.
But your 3/4 view will be a lot enhanced and your ogee curve as well: (ronald ead pic)
Also once lse is expanded, you can get a zygomatic arch implant jf you want to get wider : 3 mm on each side adds 6 mm in your facial width which is a lot while still looking natural.

I mean the implants are in the case you won't be 3 mm wider than your posterior intertemporal distance naturally cuz you would have reached your limit using the mse.

Zygos got wider but don't seem higher, and are possibly more forward/projected due to how they appear in before/after. I saw no change in infraorbital regions. And of what was not mentioned, the biggest facial change of all was widened nasal base
