MSE + Reverse pull face mask

How do I know if this will ascend me? For more context I have a posterior cross bite and an overbite which are the two main things an MSE solves. My palate also doesn’t fully fit my tongue. My maxilla is also recessed. All signs in my opinion point towards that it should ascend me at least a little bit but I don’t want to look worse after.
