MSE turning metal

I got MSE, but my ortho is only turning it twice per week and not letting me turn more . I tried telling him that turning quicker is more effective and also cuz I deadass have sleep apnea from blocked breathing at night. I live in a cucked country where MSE turning key on ebay is hella expensive and hard to get (or any orthodontic appliances).
Any ideas on a thin but unbendable metal (0.9mm) I can buy to turn it myself? I’m getting hella impatient w it.

BTW I alr tried a sim card ejector, end mill, and tiny ass allen wrench but it ends up bending or snapping. So I’m thinking something that is thick at one end and gets thinner (0.9mm).

Yea but I’m talking bout turning it once a day which 99% of ppl do. Im on my 5th week and see 0 results at this speed.

I have alr asked him and he dont wanna. Thats y im asking for some ideas so i can do it myself

Ok, but the most reputable orthos who do MSE all do a minimum of 1 turn per day. I even seen some ppl doing up to 6 turns per day.
Ik that slow turning has its benefits but in Mse community everyone finds 1 per day to be a slow turn not 2 per week.
Ig im just frustrated that im not seeing quick results but im not even gonna turn it everyday cuz i dont want my ortho to be mad, prolly just gonna turn it one or twice myself ontop of the 2 turns at ortho
