MSE update - wide nose crooked teeth Norwood 4 psychopath. 3,000 in debt too.

Recessed maxilla is my issue - I shoulda just gotten lefort. I did have a narrow maxilla but it’s now cooked my nose

yes it attaches to your exapander consult w your ortho they would give it to you dont diy it or buy it from temu only get from ortho

I think so, theres a guy called bwython or something like that on tiktok whos doing that. Your nose doesn't look bad youre just ethnic

Has it widened your IPD? Widened your eyes themselves?
Thinking about getting FME but I don't need a wider IPD.

Thank you my man. I will look into this now and see if my Ortho can bless up. That really would be life changing. An xray of my mid face showed a severe maxilla recession and this cud be good thx a lot dude

Cool. I'll investigate ts more. Yeah i mean my nose got a bit wider now and looks a little monkey - sure ethnictaxx gave the base for it but palate expander made a worse insecurity worse

IPD impact on FME to my knowledge is limited. Keep in mind the variety of palate expanders used and the function they serve is really independent on the person. As the zygomaticomaxillary complex is shifted, the ethmoid bone will expand so maybe very slight IPD increase of like 1mm, but with a wider zygomatic arch it shouldn't impact harmony / prior goals too much. Esp if done w good symmetry
