MSE WITH surgical assist in NYC

Anyone know a DDS who can perform surgical assist MSE in NYC or close by?? I’m incredibly frustrated I’ve had two MSEs already that failed to expand and nearly $2500 down the drain, male 19 years old

He’s an MSE provider idk if he provides surgical assist
he’s probably the best MSE provider in the country tbh he’s very blackpilled he told me hell do what u want provided u have the money
