true i think unless you legitimately have a narrow palate and would also benefit functionally, the aesthetic benefits alone aren’t worth the hassle. but if you have a narrow face as one of your main issues, MSE seems like a great option

he took 45mg of vitamin k2, 2-4 grams of calcium, 10.000 IU of D3 and 2 grams of magnesium everyday and chewed mastic gum

according to him his cheekbones grew by 1 mm on each side after only 3 weeks

his doctor did skull scans and confirmed it

im not sure but i think its because

depending on how you chew, it puts pressure on different parts of ur face, ur body responds to this stress by increasing IGF 1 and decreasing sclerostin expression:

it would increase bone formation/IGF - 1 levels locally to alleviate the mechanical stress on the bone, it happened here .


"These findings taken together indicate that the osteocytes in the mandibular bone increase IGF-1 and decrease sclerostin expression as the result of mechanical load. The alteration in the local cytokine milieu adjacent to the enthesis leads to bone formation, resulting in morphological change in the mandibular bone so the mechanical stress in the bone can be alleviated."

Might have to try this. Nothing to lose. Could help set up ZSO down the line after I do Bimax.

Probably ye, just saying that it's what I'd personally have ever expected from all of this. Certainly not a meme, but the results are very slight. Add mewing/other copes in the list. Might even become a noticeable change.
Imo my face has changed, even though it's nearly impossible to tell how or what has changed.

chew with all your teeth, and find out which teeth put the most amount of pressure on your zygos, it will probably be your canines and premolars but try out all ur teeth and see

make sure to take the K2 and chew straight after, it has short half life

take pics aswell if you do this, good luck

Likely pre-molars. Most effect on temples which are directly tied to the Zygomatic complex. How many hours a day did he chew?

I'll probably do like 3-4 hours. Might as well do that and lean out heavily by chewing and not eating as much lol. I'll update you once I buy all of that.
