It won't do shit. Sarpe does expand but anything else is a cope. If you have an 8 teeth smile, you're good.

You're not that guy, pal. 10 teeth smiles are extremely rare nowadays and require very good development, robustness. Blackcels have it more frequently due to their skull type.

It's not. you can do MSE at any age it will widen the palate in a notable manner (average around 1cm), this will give you better teeth projection from 8 to 10 teeth show no problem with mse. It will also give you better cheek projection and slightly wider IPD.
MSE is not a quack threatment like AGGA, or other shit...
MSE was invented from Dr. Moon at UCLA approx. 15 years ago..the treatment is revolutionary because you can also combine it with a FM that will set your maxilla more forward.
Only in combination with the MSE the FM will work because the palate is cutted. Only FM treatment will give you only a few mm in long time (we speak about years), with FM combined with MSE this needs weeks a few months to give in short time huge projection.
Around 1cm anteriour forward projection is possible. So it's a good alternative for people where's maxilla is not so recessed to justify a LF1 and have narrow face. The mandible will normally adjust with the maxilla that are in new more forward position (so no need to do anything on the mandible, lower jaw).
I've only known about it recently and it's a valid treatment. But only when you need it. It must be clarified precisely by an expert with ct scan etc. if you're candidate for this treatment. If you have already wide maxilla this surgery can give grotesque results.
