It can do that for sure but don't expect people to treat you much differently afterward. And the face width is very subtle. The problem with MSE is that people who have narrow palates also have deformed boneless skull, simply widening the palate is only 10% of the way to chad.

Face looks good considering ur palate deformity. Ur palate is very narrow so u cant really go wrong with MSE provided that it's done correctly. MSE isn't natural and so it might have some negative effects like reducing cheek hollowness (very slightly) or creating asymmetries or face lengthening. But the overall result will be a net positive. MSE is probably better since ur palate is very narrow, but if u want a cheaper option where u dont have to go thru an ortho, consider ordering biobloc online. It wont split the suture but it can widen it creating some natural growth if ur under 30.

Thanks im 18 rn i hope i can force orto to give me mse, my maxilla is well projected overall just the palate is narrow. I hope my cheeck will be good too since its prob one od my best halos

its good for breathing mostly and stuff like that, but it doesn't noticeably make your face wider.
