no cuz it’s nutrition for your hair and nails. i was off it for a month before as well and my hair and DEFINITELY my nails kept growing, the longest i ever had my nails in my life was during that month. usually my nails stop growing at a point but it went past that point that’s how i can tell this stuff is doing something

i also have hehemmeroids and it goes away a week after i take msm and for how ever long i continue to stay on it. msm coarse crystals on amazon is the best version
