Anyone who’s tried msm, how well did it work at retaining your morning height, because most people who’ve used it say they see results but most studies say there are no results so I’m confused
 
Taking glucosamine chondroitin + MSM consistently, ideally for 2+ months daily you can expect to maintain 0.5 cm of your morning height. For example, if you lose 1.8 cm from morning to night on average you'll lose 1.3 cm. Some have also reported a slight increase in morning height

Source: I've tried it. Went from 185.5 cm evening to 186 cm ish
 
it works and its good for hairgrowth by a lil bit
