Utter bullshit normie cope, not everything in excessive amounts is bad. Vitamins are also necessary for normal bodily functions so yes something of that calibre can have a "too much" effect.

When it comes to something as simple as a mineral like sulfur u can't really have "too much" of it. Same concept applies to potassium
