MT-2 Protocol

Can somebody give me an optimal protocol for MT-2 that cycles for only 1 month?

I am pale and burn easily. I ran MT-2 back in december but only pinned like 6 times since it was at a mates place and he was always away - got an alright tan from that.

If anyone can give me a good regime to follow then that would be greatly appreciated.
