quick mt1 update:
- getting more tan instead of burning, but no big changes yet (less sun outside these days, so harder to properly tan)
- no side effects at all, not even nausea or flushing

imma keep going and upping dose
im also considering going sunbeds as there is very little sun outside rn
we'll see
