I’m 15 and wanted to ask about MT-1 because my tan fades very quickly, I find it extremely difficult to tan, and my skin becomes very pale during the winter. Should I go straight for mt1 or try others first

not true, mt2 makes you more prone to skin cancer because it activates three different receptors MC1R, MC3R, and MC4R


Whilst mt1 only activates MC1R

you are better off doing mt1, unless you want a very fast acting darker tan

something interesting is that androgen activity actually increases mc1r so contrast is inherently dimo
