Freckles are an inescapable effect of MT2, no matter the dosage level. MT2 increases melanin production, essentially making your skin more reactive to UV, meaning that you should limit UV exposure. Maintaining a low dose of 50–75 mcg as I listed above and using SPF 50+ sunscreen daily can help minimize future effects.
