Mt2 is ruining my skin

Pinned like 300-400mcg of mt2 today, started flushing really really bad and its been like 4 hrs since and still kinda flushed and acne scars and shit look worse, should i continue using it but pin at night and a lower dose or just drop all together

Flushing is normal, especially first dose and im assuming thats what you did. 300-400 is pretty retarded for first dose. So do research lower dose & you be fine.

true but I’m worried if higher doses ruin skin then lower doses will still ruin skin just not to as high of a degree
