Mt2 Nasal Spray or Fake Tanner

I recently wanted to lowk get tan while looking pale asf, but where I live right now its like low uv and cloudy for right now till June.

But I'm stuck between a option of getting a Bondi self tanner or just do a MT2 Nasal Spray (parents are strict)

Self tanner is def not cope but the problem is i use a exfoliater twice a day and then tretinon. Some people say that MT2 nasal spray is cope and not really effective which is better off to tan naturallly.

Any suggestions tips? Does the MT2 nasal spray really live up to its hype?

Tan naturally or use self tanner Dont use Mt2 nasal spray its low return on investment and absorbtion is low
