plus I've heard it can give you more nausea and unpleasant taste if it gets in your oesophagus

legit. I agree.
I'm injection high inhib. But injectiuon moggs. I didn't know it was easy, to only inject just below the skin surface.

Probably, injections are cheaper also.

I get pretty good/decent reults from my nose spray also.
It's over for stomach-cells though. because the nose spray is a bit harsh on the stomach. I don't have stomach issues, from it, but that is because I have a giga mogger stomach and digestion system, I basically almost never have problems with it.

I love the new tan, yeah. Body still need to do, catch up, though.

Slowly I get a bit better looking. Hope to soon become solid HTN or maybe almost Chadlite.

I went bulking a bit some recent time ago. And is sucks for face.
I'm just starting a leanmaxxing diet and excercise routine

You look a lot better with the tan and longer beard. Good job! Try brown dye for the grey beard hairs.
Let your sides grow out more. Also think about reducing your temporal muscle with botox, will get you a less rounded skull shape.

Try brown dye for the grey beard hairs.

i use beard hair dye, from Just4men. It's time to redo again soon. It lasts me a like 2 months.
If I would had not usd that, I would be ALOT more grey in beard. (also on top of my head actually).
I'm grey as f*

Let your sides grow out more.

I try, I have shitty beard genetics. It was supllement try outs and all kinds of shit to even get what I have.

Eppley even writes on his website that botox is a good option. Getting the surgery also has limitations and i can imagine it costs 10-15k.
