Mt2 question

So I took 500 mcg today and yesterday but today I went out to a water park for 4 hours in uv 10-11 should I have a tan by now or does mt2 have to build ?

Idk but I heard you don’t wanna get too much sun while on high dose mt2 because it multiplies your risk of cancer and you will get tan without much sun. Not sure tho pretty sure it takes at least a week for most people, maybe 2.
