mt2 reducing long term skin damage?

what do you think about this if youre someone who always burns is mt2 actually be safer in the long run because youll tan much more instead of burning and isnt the burning itself what causes a lot of the skin damage assuming youre going to be spending the same amount of time in high uv either way.
 
MT1 is more studied if safety is being kept in mind, Yes your skin will be protected if it has more melanin and you need to get to that baseline with MT1 then maintain it using MT1 and proper sunscreen usage to avoid aging.
