My health indicators and coloring are still bad, not as bad as before but they aren't fully fixed I genuinely have htn protential dwg I'm so happy I locked in its been a year since then I didn't accomplish any of the goals I set cuz I set some insane goals I knew I couldn't achieve, because I knew in trying to achieve them I would surpass any other small goal I would have set for myself, today I went back and looked at all the saved reels I had from the start of the year and couldn't help but cry seeing how far I've come and feeling proud of myself for not giving up even while typing this I know I'm jst getting started and another year or 2 from now I'll come back to this message and feel the same way I do now

I'll prolly delete my org account by then, and jst forget all about the bp, but while this message is here for anyone who is reading ts never give up its not over till you say it is
