Since i've been taking multivitaminics daily my hunger has increased so much that im creating a eating disorder and sometimes i cant control, like in weekends i get out of my diet and surpass 3000kcal, and my goal is 1800kcal daily for my diet, is it a placebo effect or its just supposed to give you hunger like that? Im Taking Mivolis A-Z Depot
