Are multivitamin capsules bad or good i take them daily with omega 3 fish oil capsules

They are not bad, but they will not do much good either. Multivitamins are made mostly of trash vitamin components that are badly digested by human body. Amounts are also ridicculously small.

Most indians get hatred here so i dont think this is a good place for indians to be here although i am trying hard to get out of this site and i will surely do coz self respect is more important

Yup daily recommendation 1 pill a day...they are loaded with amino acids vitamins and minerals and most importantly zinc which ia hard to get from food
 
they are scam, just have a healthy, balanced diet. Eat real food. Only supplements I would recommend are Omega 3 fish oil and creatine if your going to the gym.

whey protein is very good. I forgot to mention it. One shake a day after gym ist perfect.

What about bcaa and glutamine i think they are over rated as fuck....but creatine is the best supplement and the most researched supplement

I once took BCAA and had a very painful rash. I really don't recommend it. I think it's a scam.

As for creatine, it's honestly the best supplement there is alongside whey protein. I fell like it helped me in the gym and while gaining muscle mass. You only need to make sure you drink a lot of water since it can cause dehydration.

I usually just make a shake of 400ml water, 6 grams of creatine monohydrate and 1 scoop of whey protein. Also, I take a 1 or 2 pills a day of omega 3. I think this is all you need alongside with healthy, balanced diet.
