muscle imbalances suck

a physical therapist told me i have:
-forward neck
-anterior pelvic tilt
-rounded shoulders
-mild scoliosis -> uneven shoulders
-winged scapulas
-knee imbalances
since January im stretching Daily and doing strenght training but got no results.
why i bother? because it looks like shit and i cant gymmaxx properly, plus probably makes me lose like 1-2 cm

lets get into pilates or something. i know its a chick thing but im down for it. uneven shoulders are a pain in the ass for me in the gym, i will stop gymcelling and sign up for pilates.

perhaps but all of this makes you look like shit and prevents you from gymmaxxing properly.

i heard pilates is the best thing to fix muscle imbalances and spine issues. i will give it a shot next month when my gym plan expires.
 
Same, I can barely extend my neck over my shoulds when standing. I've lost at least at inch, possibly up to an inch and a half between my shoulders and neck. You can imagine how painful that is 😔. Pilates is really good, but depending on how long you've had it it may take some time.
Do you have any idea which problem came first?
 
You can fix your entire posture by getting strong at deadlifts.

I used to have lots of lower back pain but now it is completely gone and I can deadlift 235 lbs for 7 reps.

yeah bro your situation seems much worse, you better work on that shit before it becomes unchangeable.
probably scoliosis came firet since i only slept on the same side since my Childhood. second was pelvic tilt from shitty sitting posture. pelvic tilt caused incel neck. rounded shoulders and winged scapulas are probably from gaming.

Lifting is literally how you fix muscle imbalances and posture issues
