a physical therapist told me i have:
-forward neck
-anterior pelvic tilt
-rounded shoulders
-mild scoliosis -> uneven shoulders
-winged scapulas
-knee imbalances
since January im stretching Daily and doing strenght training but got no results.
why i bother? because it looks like shit and i cant gymmaxx properly, plus probably makes me lose like 1-2 cm

. Pilates is really good, but depending on how long you've had it it may take some time.
