The research says imo basically;
tl;dr.
-In body: Body strength makes you most attractive in general (80%) -> aka muscle mass, in general (this does have some correlation with height actually imo, since taller = more potential for strength/muscle mass)
-In body: height (on it's own) adds limited increase to being more attractive in general (10%) -> but still it does add some (10%)
-Height doesn't add much extra points on it's own (10%); BUT will be used as a rejection criteria (aka, manlet = game over. So in that sense, height can mean getting -100% downvote in attractiveness). Height is more of a rjection criteria then an attarictiveness increase criteria (some, but also a bit limited)
