if ure lean ur face will be lean but u will also be bloated most of the year in the bulking phase

people that blast roids typically have larger muscles in their face which make them looks more masculine and older
however if you just go gym naturally you won't really have this

if you on tren and test it will no affect on face, but if you are natural building anyway you will get bloated, because your muscles need water and carbs and the face will be puffier too, so roiding is the exit
