As a teen I listened to a lot of r&b and hip hop which constantly romanticized sex relationships and women and put all that shit on a pedestal and when it came to real life interaction I became super high inhibition about it

also recommend folks to not listen to music when going to work/skl. fake dopamine before the day has even started, you need to earn your dopamine by putting in work
