God is Eternal, and therefore it does not befit His Majesty to be subject to change.

If God creates something that He can't do, then God stops being All Powerful, which means He has changed and contradicted both His attributes of Eternality and being The Ultimate Creator and Necessary Being, which means He is not God anymore.
