Actually this, dont trust all these photoshopped and angle frauded images, fillers cant have this big of an impact. You need to remember that fillers are fluid, even if you inject tons of it, it will not create a bone shape, it will look like bloated mess.

That noodlewhore dude who injected himself, from the front it kinda looked ok, but from the sides it loooked like complete dog shit, like he had a jaw made out of soft tissue and skin lol.

fillers are cope for mimicing bone, they are good to increase size of soft tissues like lips or add volume to areas whith skin folds or areas where fatpads shrinked due to age, to fill those areas up. Thats about it.

In the first week or so they might look rly good in the jaw area, after that it looks like bloat. You cant fake bones with fluid.
