haven't been able to shave in prison, mustache is growing out and it's growing half black half yellow why?

Yeah it's a bit like that except i don't wear glasses and i've got light brown hair and am forward grown as fuck

My hair is quite long, my forward growth is in nose and forehead area as well, i don't have droopy hyoid and he still has glasses
