and either way there isnt a good susbtance for your needs.

you have a risk of lowering your own natural hormones for oral aas which 10 times out of 10 dont even give that much testosterone to begin with

just pin or dont touch them at all.

ways to increase test for you are: hcg/serms hcg is injection and serm is oral

Winstrol will make dry and grainy as fuck so its a decent option if you dont care for actuall muscle growth and just want the androgenic pumped up hard look, youll need hcg tho, tbol could also work but its a little bit less dry from what ive seen as winstrol is pretty extreme
