I’m starting a plan and wanted to document it here + get input from you guys. Been lurking for a while and decided I’m gonna go all in for a clean 2-month run — aesthetics, health, and slight performance boost. Goal is to look leaner, cleaner, more defined, and glowier without touching hardcore anabolics (yet).

Im going to be using mostly peptides and a few personal DIY additions. Lemme know what else I can include.

1. Peptides I’m Copping & Why:

  • RETA (Retatrutide) 6mg – $57
    Why: The new king of body recomposition. Suppresses appetite hard, helps with fat loss, insulin sensitivity, and even some muscle preservation. Could potentially help with cognition including ADHD symptomps.
    Sides: Nausea, constipation, fatigue. Start low. Don’t over-restrict calories or you’ll look dead.
  • GHK-Cu – ~$30
    Why: Skin regeneration, anti-aging, boosts collagen + hair health. Some evidence it helps improve skin texture, reduce wrinkles, and heal acne scars.s
    Sides: Minimal. Possible slight irritation if injected or applied topically with low purity.
  • SEMAX – $33
    Why: Nootropic + recovery boost. Mood, focus, neuroprotection, helps during caloric deficit when brain fog hits. I need this for school
    Sides: Possible headache or overstimulation if dosed too high.
  • IPA & CJC-1295 (15mg) – $50
    Why: Boosts natural GH pulses. Increases recovery, skin health, muscle growth. CJC gives longer pulses, and Ipamorelin is milder with less side effects than other GHRPs.
    Sides: Hunger, slight bloat, mild injection site irritation.
  • MK-677 (Ibutamoren) – $60
    Why: GH secretagogue. Long-term GH boost without injections. Helps with skin, sleep, fat loss, and even hair for some.
    Sides: Water retention, appetite spikes, insulin sensitivity drops over time — monitor blood sugar.



2. DIY Eyelash Serum (2-month application)
I already have long eyelashes, i just want them slighly longer, and thicker.

I made this serum with:
  • Organic Castor oil
  • Organic Black cumin seed oil
  • Organic Rosemary oil
  • Organic Vitamin E

Why: All these have been linked to follicle health and anti-inflammatory properties. Castor and rosemary can increase thickness over time.
Apply at night, avoid getting in the eye, stings a lot and mess up tout vision for a while. Will post before/after pics after 60 days.


3. Tanning + Skin Tone Fix

  • Controlled sun exposure 3-4x/week with SPF
  • Daily beta-carotene (from carrots or 25,000 IU supplement).
    Goal: Get that Mediterranean sun-kissed tone without looking orange. ( Im arab and i want that caramel olive skin tone)

4. Other Small Stuff:
  • Collagen powder daily
  • Zinc + d3+k2 +magnesium at night
  • 2-3L water/day
  • Full skincare routine (can post if anyone’s curious)

  • Lashes: DIY serum (mentioned above in thread)
  • Sunscreen: Beef tallow-based (daily)
  • Hydration: 2–3 cups water after waking + before sleep, this is more important than you think
 
Add hgh along with ipa qnd cjc

you dont run reta and mk677 in the same fucking cycle they are polar opposistes meant for bulking and cutting you are essentially cancelling out the effects of appetite supression and appetite amplification you might as well just not fucking pin anything

i never said i was bro ima start with reta first, and consider taking ipamorelin w cjc blend, but mk is for once my cycle is done, literally ruins the balance with ghrelin
 
to be honest i wouldnt use stuff like reta and mk to cut and bulk in general like especially mk you should just cruise on it i dont recommend reta at all unless ur fat

Why Zink and especially d3 k2 at night? Your body doesn’t expect vit d in the evening you should take it in the morning when the sun actually comes up.

i honestly dgaf, it helps my skin so much, i find it i dont breakout when im sleeping if i drink water before i sleep and after i wake up
