I've been taking it since April 14th. I asked my doctor for Xanax or the other anti-anxiety meds I saw but instead she kept trying to get me to take SSRIs which I told her that I didn't want because I wasapprehensive regarding the side effects in relation to erections, testosterone drive etc she brought up Wellbutrin but said that it wasn't strictly for anxiety but it has benefits but not as strong as the SSRIs (Wellbutrin is an SNRI if I remember correctly). So the SSRIs are there for anxiety and this one isn't the best for it but it can and does still help with anxiety so yes I am taking it for anxiety. Trade-off ofc is that you don't get the same SSRI side effects

Honestly I've been jerking off as usual but she said that Wellbutrin doesn't affect your sex drive or anything but I'll make a post later as it's only been a couple days since I started using it

my anxiety gets me to tense my muscles. (chin, lips, forehead, neck, shoulders, abdomen, ironically my anus too, chest)

I've been on SNRI before called Effexor I felt I was better so I quit. But I aint planning on taking effexor again the sides were too much. (bad memory, low cognitive ability, tinnitus, too much wet dreams)

wdym by other relevant meds? tbh there are 3 categories or 4 not too much.

isn't 60% relief of anxiety by ashwaganda is good enough to make you work on the rest by yourself without the need of medication?
