I think you need orbital rim saddle implants. Those reduce vertical height.

my eyebrows are thinner than average, also I will make my eyebrows as such that it is more closer to eyes frauding a browridge, thats only possible with transplant as I applied minox for 1.6 years and it didn't do shit. Shaving eyebrows doesn't matter to me, it literally takes 10 seconds, and will add to my routine.

your priority should be lower eyelid retraction / canthoplasty , and then get ptosis surgery + upper eyelid filler

this is nord indid ,ur pheno,pheno of punjabi/sikhs(north west south asians/pakis),which typically has sunken round eyes
