ptosis + lower eyelid retraction + infra implant / fat graft + upper eyelid filler / fat graft is what im planning to getting but need to check w/ some surgeons

seems like you might require orbital decompression though.
i recommend you talk to multiple oculoplastic surgeons first, some good ones being albano, bernardini, pascali and graziani

are you sikh punjabi or muslim punjabi or hindu?

this is nord indid ,ur pheno,pheno of punjabi/sikhs(north west south asians/pakis),which typically has sunken round eyes
