gonna do pull day tomorrow i was previously doing machine mid rows but i wasnt feeling it so im going back to db and adding more and i didnt do latt pull downs just bodyweight but im adding that back too. overall i think it will get me good results

Big back = big frame?
No, frame is the width between your shoulders. Training lats just adds mass to the width of your back, which won’t increase the width of your shoulders so no difference in frame
