Neglecting cardio will probably end you up in nutrient deficiencies and have you losing muscle.
Also making thing unnecessarily hard if youre not drinking sugarfree energydrinks

Worth it at lower doses for anti catabolism. From what I hear going above 40mg just nets you more cardiac strain for a minimal increase in bmr and NEET

Ill be trying dnp + clen + T3/T4 for my next cut personally

Interesting. I'm personally on a bulk right now and going to aim for 200lbs, and was actually interested in running DNP/Tren/T3/Clen to shred fast too. Would you run tren during that cut for anti-catabolism? Mirin your knowledge and dedication to the craft :)

I think dnp + t3 is a solid combo as dnp downregulates your conversion to T3.

I wish I could run tren.
Used it at only 40mg weekly and got insomnia though, so its a hard pass for me

Yeah the insomnia’s been kicking my ass- on 140 of ace weekly (20 pinned ED.)

Would you run T3 the whole way through with DNP? Or would you start it a week or two in because the downregulation isn’t immediate

I've been thinking of taking clen but a lot of people called me retarded for considering it, is it worth it if I'm trying to lean out from 17-18% bf down or is it for the lean trying to get leaner

Good at lower doses.

Clens issue is that people abuse it at 160-200mg
40 should be enough to leverage its anti

Stationary biking is also great.
I bike for hours everyday while browsing random shit.
It burns a couple hundred kcal extra and its easy to recover from it.

Caffeine is terrible it spikes BP and cortisol replace with nicotine pouches

Caffeine adaption actually leads to lower baseline bp and the cortisol spikes start evening out

I think clen is readily available and solid option for maintaining muscle in a deficit.

Its basicly a adrenaline taken as a pill, so i would take it similar to how I use caffeine.
Early in the day when some energy is nice to have
