My 5 months gym transformation

You just don’t look like you’re training right. It wasn’t until I changed my training program that I started seeing gains. I also didn’t see notable progress until I took GH (around the time I fixed my training) then eventually roids this year so don’t feel bad.

Gained about 10kg, both pics unfrauded and bad lighting. Hopping on next week so I hope I’ll mog till summer.

Niggers swing doing lat pulldowns like they are fucking rowing JFL at these retard ego lifters I want to beat the fuck out of them

Thx. Do I need to rest on roids or nah? Nearing the end of my cycle and during these past 12 or so weeks I’ve probably taken 10 rest days total 4 from being sick as fuck which I wouldn’t have otherwise taken
