I've been on a strict caloric deficit for the last 5 weeks. I started at around 22-24% BF with a lot of facial bloating. Currently, I’m down to approximately 18-20% BF and 58.45kg.

- Calories: 1,671 kcal per day.
- Training: Weightlifting 3x a week (near failure) + Taekwondo 3x a week (40-60 min sessions).
- Cardio: 30 min extra cardio (5km/h at 4% incline) 3x a week.
The facial changes are already visible as the bloating goes away. My goal is to reach sub 15% BF by the end of May. Just sharing my mid-way progress.
