This is my 3 year acension from age 17 to age 20.
DONE ALL NATURALLY
without even peptides any extreme methods,
How I did it? Its simple but all steps were crucial in the process,
1. I healthmaxxed, I was eating junk making myself recessed all the time and i switched my diet to a high carb high protein whole foods single ingredient diet
2. I found my hairstyle, Hair goes a LOONG way guys
3. fixed my tongue posture which was I think a big thing for me
4. gymmaxxed, at start i was a bloated ugly gymcel but that was fixed
5. getting lean was very very important

also I grew from 174 to 183cm
The journey is NOT finished tho, sorry guys the thread is pretty shit but it is my first post
