tretonion for 1 year and scars will be gone if you need to also try fasting too.

I would recommend anti biotics if its super bad then tret should be able to prevent it from getting bad again if you keep taking it. NAC to reduce inflammation. If everything fails and you stayed consistent tret everyday and basic skin care then and only then try accutane although you risk having life long issues. But if its suicidal levels of accutane what do you have to lose?

Tldr: fasting tretionion vitamins/diet NAC then try anti biotics if all else fails jump on accutane at your own risk

Tret is good enough to maintain good skin but if you got legit infections from acne then go on anti biotics shit is bad long term but for a short period of time then when its manageable tretionion should be able keep it under control. And try reducing inflammation in your diet.

Promise you unless you are 1 in 10,000 acnecel this is good enough to at least get moderately good skin in a year

get Clindamycin + Adapalene cream plus azelaic acid. apply both every night, it will legit rape every acne vulgaris on the surface. i legit tought i was uncurable before this
