My ACNE journey, from pizza subhuman to ... PICS included, HIGH QUALITY

So guys I have been struggling with acne all my life, from my teens to 21 years old.
THIS IS ME AT 17 YEARS OLD:


I was diagnosed with demodicosis + severe acne. She prescribed some antibiotics and cream, dont remember the name. As far as I remember the course to treat demodicosis was 3 monts. Then I started taking accutane. I did not have any skincare routine, no cleansers, creams, etc. I didnt even applied spf before going out(I wasnt). So that was kinda bad for my skin overall. After the course I moved into another country and then I started somehow caring about myself. Bought some cope creams, cleansers for 2 dollars jfl. My skin wasnt breaking much about a year then it all started to come back:



I went to dermatologist in another country, and she prescribed me creams with derrivatives of vitamin a inside.
Firstly it was:

• Benz peroxide with retinoids(sa far a s I remember it was adapalene)

It didnt help btw
Second was:

• Newest generation retinoid: Trifarotene(Aklief)

It also did not help. It made my skin sensitive af

Then I was prescribed with ACCUTANE AGAIN. IT IS MY SECOND COURSE RN. Honestly, accutane is serious cure and I am wondered about potential long term health issues with that if taken too much. It is tough on liver.

Sometimes I have negative thoughts. Am I doomed with acne
