Grew like 0.5 inch past 2 weeks

Hop on Upper lower with 1 arm day truss
And Mike mentzer BVLL style training
I have been doing only 2 sets for each exercise
On my arm day it is basysian curl
Hammer curl
Overhead tricep
Tricep push down
Cable Latterl raise
2 sets for each
And pure failure with drop sets
