Grew like 0.5 inch past 2 weeks

I’m on slightly calorie surplus

@Stranger to myself

Hop on Upper lower with 1 arm day truss

And Mike mentzer BVLL style training

I have been doing only 2 sets for each exercise

On my arm day it is basysian curl

Hammer curl

Overhead tricep

Tricep push down

Cable Latterl raise

2 sets for each

And pure failure with drop sets

Not much I don’t go outside that much beside gym and uni

actually everyone here is pretty subhuman only some white guys face might and height mog but it’s rare

Everyone here is curry and gook

It’s more of a height mog and also JBW appeal but it’s rare like I said

Youre on upper lower right? Thats a huge reason as well its a goated split
