depends. if the fin/dut block enough DHT and the test itself doesnt wreck your hair then you're safe and the min will give you hella growth. bloodflow is not why min works. more complex than that

RU is pretty bulletproof if you respond well, but you need to start before your cycle so it saturates the receptors first.
