I have been on here since 12.. I am fine with this site, In fact I think I am more happier in general since finding this site.

It has not really helped me out yet, but I think that’s mostly my own fault for being lazy. Thanks for understanding :feelsyay:

I have been proposing hgh, aromasin to my parents for 2 years, they keep shooting me down
that's probably because them dealing with frequent HGH appointments or the needle going in the wrong place would be annoying as fuck
also for some lifefuel, I went from the 50th percentile height when I was 14 to 75th at 15 and 88th rn, you could just be one to grow at sometime random. Keep up good habits like exercise and sleepmaxxing on the weekends at least.

This is what I’m telling myself, but it’s probably not true.

No, my dad thinks that HGH, Aromasin are all basically just roids and he hates roids :feelskek::feelskek:

That’s not how calories works, 900cal 40g protein is more than 4000cal 30g protein
You're retarded kid. You need energy for your body to utilize protein more efficiently. Even high protein diet but low calories will make you malnourished and not grow.

kids 14 already thinking like an autistic looksmaxer

At 14 all you should care about is height. Save the bimax or whatever for your twenties

Tiktok/Insta

Societal pressures to look good and based subhumans recognizing their damning fate early
For me I was addicted to researching height growth and I found this site by stumbling across Extra Chromosome’s OG hieghtmaxxing guide

Going on a caloric deficit at 14 is a great way to stunt your growth and end up being a manlet at 18.

Unless, you are fat, you shouldn't have to leanmax

On the chance you're not trolling, kid, here's two things the others have missed/not emphasised:

1) Neck posture x1000 - neck posture naturally influences so much even in the latter half of puberty. I've grown up seeing kids with shit neck posture who inevitable grow downwards at a much faster rate (could be correlation with other factors but I've found poor neck posture is a better indicator even than being continually open-mouthed). Neck posture will also naturally improve your general posture, the balance of muscles that develop on your traps/upper back, and maybe your confidence, too.

2) Social life - you said you're autistic, but at this age you have time to watch and observe how different peers of yours act. Find people who are popular and do what they do - in terms of how they talk, how often, the kind of things they talk about. Maybe you find those kids banal or stupid but if you can 'switch on' NT mode it will be a very useful skill. At 14 you also have time to become good at a sport, which genuinely opens a lot of doors socially. Depending on the wealth of your area good sports would be football or rugby, maybe basketball which is a good skill-based sport growing in popularity in the UK.

For now, better to be neutral and not-weird than gain a reputation for being an autist. You can get away with being boring so long as you stand up for yourself enough and are not a retard - it can be translated to becoming popular in due time. So long as you are not unpopular, you can work with that. The reason I say this is so you can start having the right experiences earlier - going to parties, girlfriend, etc. Not ideal to be experiencing all that for the first time at 18.

3) Career - as others have said, its fuckin important. You should be breezing through GCSEs and already thinking about A-level specialisms. If you're at all interested in maths, get really fucking good at it quick - don't settle for gcse standard - that'll open a lot of doors. If not, then at least try and get an idea of a career you want. Selling trainers is more fun than useful but do it if you enjoy it. Real money can be made in crypto/shitcoins if you have any programming brain at all. I'm not much older and made a few 100k doing that.

Neck posture - 'chin tuck' is a fucking horrible descriptor, more misleading than anything. Good neck posture is all about the back of your neck, not the front. Work to 'stretch out' the back of your neck as much as you can, which you can start doing by looking down and 'pushing back' but ideally you keep the back of your neck perfectly straight while looking straight ahead, too (look up Dowager's hump as a starting point)
