Learn more about day trading for the next couple of days - consume more TJR bootcamp videos

Keep editing brainrot content and moneymaxx as much as possible -yt instagram tiktok

Buy minoxidil and latisse and spam it every night

Talk to my Endocrinologist today to get me HGH

Thumbpulling everyday - 5 sets of 50 seconds and a rest of 20 seconds between each set

Stretch everyday for 5 minutes - Every muscle in my body is tight as hell no homo :forcedsmile:

Sprint twice a week - 30 seconds sprints and 90 seconds rest, 8 sets for each workout.

Gym - Upper lower Sunday / Monday Wednesday/Thursday, Hit protein goal as much as possible and bulk more to 60kg
Hit protein goal everyday

Take Vitamin k2+d3, I'll also start taking some shitty scam growth supplement again, It made me grow last time so why not.

I'll stop rotting on this site now so much - Literally just gives me an information overload and makes me sick to my stomach. My brain is full of negativity and racist curse words. The moment I enter tiktok as well I see goofball edits so it makes it even worse. So no tiktok and no rotting on this site.

Once I make more money I'll try out more stuff (That's going to be soon)

chew with your eyes so they get tighter and more hunter eyeish


also volufiline your but hole so it contracts better when you’re in the gym thus increasing hypertrophy

also take estrogen pills so growth plates stay open forever
