brace your head with your hand when you hit your cheekbones - hold your chin tight with your mouth slightly open when hitting chin - i like slightly clenching my teeth when hitting gonions not enough to engage the muscle but enough to brace it

if you feel any nerve pain stop immediately and massage it a little bit and leave it alone you'll be fine

I know that right now Im a mid MTN maybe high MTN, depending on whos rating me but I believe I can get to HTN and my plan right now is looking like this:

Skin: My skin is not that good as it seems in those pictures so Im gonna hop on accutane 3 times a week and stop with that skin care bs, Im just gonna use moisturizer sometimes.
Im also gonna get a tan so Im not that white

Debloat: debloating is cope, Im just gonna go down on bf. I was 19% last month and Im 17% today, Im gonna go down to 13% and see if I should keep going down or stay there.
What I do to “debloating” just because I look better now that I do it is drinking 4L of water daily and 1 avocado and 3 bananas everyday

Eye area: Im dying my eyebrows pretty soon and see how I look afterwards and if it still looks bad Im gonna buy minoxidil to use it there
For eyelashes Im just gonna get an eyelash curler and use them everyday I go out and maybe put on some vaseline to make them appear more. If that doesnt work Im trying latisse

Hair: Not gonna do much for now but if I ascend Im gonna grow it until it looks like some vinnies haircut

Lips: Im gonna start using some pink nivea that gives your lips some redness and make them look better and also hydrate them

Nutrition: Im on a deficit so I barely eat carbs and Im on 170g of protein everyday and maybe 1900cals every day

Extras: Im still doing researches on bonesmashing and zygopulling or thumbpulling to see if it works or just to try it. I wouldnt care if they dont work but I would care if they got me looking worse

the thing is where I live status is a really big thing, and I dont go out with guys with a lot of status so I just gotta ascend as much as possible to slay a htb at my age, after 20yo looks are more important here

maybe yes, I get your point but you at my age what we usually do is hangout between friend groups (one male friend group and one female friend group) usually the female friend groups always are in the same range of beauty and on males too, so all my friends are high ltns -mid mtns which make it almost impossible to hang out with a friend group of htbs

Debloat: debloat — это борьба, я просто собираюсь снизить вес на BF. В прошлом месяце у меня было 19%, а сегодня — 17%. Я собираюсь снизиться до 13% и посмотреть, стоит ли мне продолжать снижаться или остаться там.
Что я делаю для «устранения вздутия живота» просто потому, что теперь я выгляжу лучше, так это пью 4 л воды в день, съедаю 1 авокадо и 3 банана каждый день.

Зона вокруг глаз: я скоро покрашу брови и посмотрю, как они будут выглядеть после этого. Если все равно будет плохо, куплю миноксидил, чтобы использовать его там.
Для ресниц я просто куплю щипцы для завивки ресниц и буду пользоваться ими каждый день. Я выхожу и, возможно, наношу немного вазелина, чтобы они выглядели лучше. Если это не сработает, я попробую латисс

Волосы: Пока ничего не собираюсь делать, но если поднимусь, отращу их до тех пор, пока они не будут похожи на стрижку Винни.
