In this post I’m going to talk about the plan I have in mind to “ascend”, or at least improve my physical appearance a bit. It will probably take at least 2 years.





Just in case: yes, my account is new, but I’ve been using the forum for years without creating an account.





I’d like to hear your opinions on what I could improve, although realistically either nobody will read this or some random t will just comment nonsense.





Phase 1 – Basics





• Gain muscle mass up to 73 kg of lean mass. I think building muscle is fundamental. My goal is an athletic physique.


• Fix posture: if my posture were perfect, my height would be exactly 6 feet (average in my country is 5’9”).


• Castor oil on eyebrows and eyelashes. I don’t know how much of this is cope, but I only need them a bit thicker and longer than they already are.


• Use Retirides to get rid of acne marks.


• MARPE: my palate is narrow (36 mm). I hope that using a palate expander I can gain a few mm of width in my midface as well as in my mouth.





Phase 2 – Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing





• Cut body fat down to 7% (currently ~11%). I tend to store fat in my face and bad posture doesn’t help.


• Rhinoplasty: my nose is almost straight, but the tip is round.


• Hyaluronic acid fillers in the jaw (maybe implants).


• Teeth whitening.


• Aqualyx: at 7% BF I probably wouldn’t need it, but maybe it would let me stay at a slightly higher BF while keeping a defined face.





• Change hairstyle and hair color.


• Better eyebrow shape.


• Makeup (black eye contour, not gay).


• Tan.


• Insole shoes to reach 188–190 cm (6’2–6’3 is considered ideal in my country according to an old post I saw).


• Penis extender (I’d like to gain ~1 cm to reach 18 cm).





Phase 3 – Style





• Chain necklace


• Tattoos


• Metal bracelet


• Rings


• Montblanc cologne


• Earring


• Clothing style





All of this is pretty simple.





Phase 4 – New me





• New personality and way of being.





That’s it. After so much TikTokmaxxing and ChatGPTmaxxing I can barely even write a basic post anymore.

Some of us can naturally have a low body fat percentage
Im aware, i wouldnt reccomend maintaining it though and use aqualyx at 10-12

I’ll probably end up doing aqualyx .I know about energy levels and the hormonal stuff when being that low. I have just enough fat for my face not to look defined but I might drop to 7–8% for a month or two.
